Having completed the auditions we then move to the second phase, the quotation.

Now that you have chosen the voice over talent you believe will be ideal for the project, you need to know you can afford them within the budget.

With the quote in hand and assuming the budget is OK, you have the opportunity to go to the third stage in choosing the voice talent. We call this the FREE DEMO.

You might just have a little doubt about your choice of voice talent. We can put your mind at rest with a demonstration read performed by your selected voice over talent.

We will arrange to have your preferred voice talent record short extract from your script. After hearing the FREE DEMO you'll be able to accurately judge the suitability of the voice talent for the job.

Having settled on the voice talent and with your script finalised and the budget approved, the next step is to record and mix the finished audio track.

The recording will be done at our studios in Queensland. The Media Group studios are located at Nerang on the Gold Coast about 40 minutes' drive from Brisbane or 20 minutes up the M1 Motorway from Coolangatta airport.

You have the option to direct the recording session in person in the studio, or do it over the telephone or brief our experienced producers to handle the recording on your behalf.

Directing the voice talent over the telephone is almost as good as being in the studio control room. We set up a three-way phone conversation with you, the voice talent and the studio engineer. The only thing you miss is our delicious in house espresso.

If you prefer you can leave everything in our capable hands. This is the most popular option. It's convenient for you, saves you a lot of time and you can be sure that our in-house Producer will work closely with you to direct the voice talent to achieve the style of read you require.

When the voice recording is complete you have the choice to receive all the "takes" recorded during the voice session or have us select and send only the "best takes". You can then go ahead and compile to voice track.

If you prefer, we will complete the audio track according to your instructions and supply the final mix. The final mix will be done using music and/or sound-effects, from our Royalty Free music and effects libraries.
